Chamet host profile tips: photo, bio and first call price

Updated

A good Chamet host profile has a clear, recent photo of your face in good light, a short friendly bio and a starting call price at the lower end of the range. Go online at the same hours each day and raise your price as regular callers return.

Your profile photo

  • Use a recent photo of your own face, looking at the camera, in daylight or soft light from the front.
  • Keep it friendly and clean: explicit or suggestive photos break Chamet's rules.
  • Avoid heavy filters, group photos and pictures of other people.
  • It should match the person who passed face verification.

Your bio

Two or three short lines are enough: the languages you speak, a few interests and what people can talk to you about.

Do not add phone numbers, social media handles or payment details. Moving users outside the app breaks the rules and can get your account restricted.

Your first call price

Call prices typically run from about 1,200 to 6,000 Beans per minute (US$0.12–0.60). Many new hosts start near the low end to get their first calls, then raise the price step by step once regular callers come back.

The earnings calculator on this site shows what different prices and hours could mean. These are examples, not guarantees.

Hours and consistency

  • Go online at the same hours each day so regular callers can find you.
  • Pick hours when people in the countries you want to reach are free.
  • Answer calls promptly and keep sessions regular rather than occasional and long.

Checked on 2 October 2026. Chamet and MetWallet can change app menus, rates and rules at any time — always check the current version in the app or your agency dashboard.
